Golden Gate is a non-profit condominium association situated at 440 and 460 East 23rd Street in Hialeah, Florida. This community is structured into two phases—Phase No. 1 located at 460 East and Phase No. 2 at 440 East. Both phases are in accordance with the provisions of Section 718.403 of the Florida Statutes.

The association comprises two five-floor buildings, each containing 100 units, totaling 200 units across the phases. Completed on December 31, 1978, Golden Gate offers extensive amenities including two swimming pools, one for each phase, along with six elevators, ample parking, storage facilities, and lobby areas on the ground floor, all designed to enhance the living experience of its residents.
